With nearly three decades of experience in revenue cycle management and healthcare consulting, Mr. Jones brings an exceptional track record of strategic leadership, industry insight, and client-focused innovation to his new role.

Mark R. Jones has built his career at the intersection of financial operations, client services, and healthcare policy. His breadth of experience provides him with a unique and practical understanding of how operational decisions and policy shifts—at every level—impact physician practices and the overall patient experience.
