Krissy Bastian

Krissy  Bastian is the Senior Director of Operations at ConsensioHealth, bringing  over three decades of experience in the healthcare industry. She began her  career in 1991 as a Certified Coder through AHIMA, working in a large medical  clinic and gaining expertise across more than 30 specialties. Since joining  ConsensioHealth in 2014 as a coding auditor, Krissy has steadily advanced,  taking on greater responsibilities and earning leadership roles through her  dedication and deep knowledge of revenue cycle management. In her current  role, she oversees the full RCM process for clients—from initial billing  setup to ensuring final payment—while fostering strong team collaboration and  maintaining clear, positive communication. She is actively involved in each  client go-live, participating in implementation efforts, overseeing data  feeds to ensure every visit is accurately captured and fully paid, and  maintaining ongoing communication with clients to ensure their expectations  are met. Her leadership style is grounded in integrity, excellence, and a  passion for delivering results.
