Lisa Maurer, MD

Dr.  Lisa Maurer is a practicing emergency physician in Milwaukee with over ten  years of experience focusing on practice management for independent medical  groups, documentation education, and advocacy in the financial regulatory  space. She is the Chair of the ACEP Reimbursement Committee and serves on the  Board of Directors for EDPMA. Dr. Maurer is a co-founder of the Emergency  Medicine Business Coalition, for which she now serves as the Co-Director of  the annual Independent EM Group Master Class conference. At the state level  she is a member of the WACEP Board and serves as the Vice Chair of the  Wisconsin Medical Society Council on Legislation. As the voice of  ConsensioHealth’s clients to the Board and broader industry, Dr. Maurer  strives to continuously redefine the expectations of RCM and influence the  future of healthcare.
