Ryan  is the Director of Technology at ConsensioHealth, where he leads the  organization’s efforts in software development, data architecture, and overall technology strategy. His work centers on modernizing platforms to  better support healthcare providers and enhance the efficiency and transparency of revenue cycle operations. Before joining ConsensioHealth,  Ryan held roles across both product development and client service  environments, building a strong foundation in using technology to solve real  business problems. He has led and mentored engineering teams, built systems  from the ground up, and worked closely with clients and stakeholders to  deliver tools that are reliable, efficient, and genuinely useful. Ryan is  known for cutting through complexity to design solutions that are practical  and dependable. His background in client services has shaped a collaborative  approach, emphasizing active listening to end users and stakeholders to  ensure technology delivers real value where it matters most.
